EXCHANGE POLICY 

At AG THEXCEPTIONAL, we do not offer direct exchanges or monetary refunds. If you receive a damaged item, incorrect item, or incorrect size, you may submit a return request via email or WhatsApp. Once the request is received and approved by our team, the eligible item may be returned for store credit in the form of an AG Gift Card, which can be used toward a future purchase. This policy is designed to maintain the integrity of the AG THEXCEPTIONAL shopping experience while helping protect our business and customers from fraudulent orders, misuse, and other forms of online transaction abuse. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued trust in AG THEXCEPTIONAL.

 

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer refunds in the form of cash, bank transfers, or reversal to the original payment method. Eligible returns are processed exclusively as store credit through an AG Gift Card, which may be used for future purchases on our website. Returns and gift card issuance are subject to the following conditions:

Request Period: A return request must be submitted within 2 days of the delivery date.

Product Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, free from stains, damage, alteration, or unpleasant odour, and must have all original tags attached.

Verification: All return requests are subject to review and approval by our team.

Quality Inspection: Once the returned item is received, it will undergo a quality inspection before any store credit is issued.

Store Credit: Upon successful verification and inspection, the approved value will be issued in the form of an AG Gift Card for future purchases.

Return Shipping: All costs associated with returning an eligible item to AG THEXCEPTIONAL shall be borne by the customer. Any original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. Items that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for return or store credit. By placing an order with AG THEXCEPTIONAL, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Exchange & Return Policy.
