7. CASH ON DELIVERY

Where COD is offered, customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information.We may contact the customer to verify a COD order before dispatch.Where we reasonably suspect fraudulent ordering, repeated refusal of COD shipments, intentionally false information, abuse, or other misuse, we may decline, hold, or cancel the affected order.Availability of COD may be changed or restricted for particular orders, products, customers, locations, or circumstances where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention or operational reasons.Nothing in this clause restricts rights available to consumers under applicable law.

8. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND VERIFICATION

9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We provide free shipping on domestic orders within India.Orders are generally processed within 5–7 business days.Delivery timings are estimates and may vary due to delivery location, courier operations, public holidays, weather, logistical disruptions, high-order periods, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.Tracking details will be shared once the order has been dispatched, where available.Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number, and other information reasonably required for delivery.We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.Where a shipment encounters a delivery issue, we will make reasonable efforts to assist.Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete shipping and delivery terms.

10. RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

AG THEXCEPTIONAL does not offer direct exchanges or monetary refunds, except where otherwise required by applicable law.If you receive a damaged item, incorrect item, or incorrect size, you may submit a return request through the contact methods made available by us.A return request must be submitted within 2 days of the delivery date.Submitting a request does not automatically make an item eligible for return. All return requests are subject to verification and approval.To be eligible for consideration, the product must generally:

Be in its original condition. Be unworn. Be unwashed. Be unused. Be free from stains. Be free from customer-caused damage or alteration. Be free from unpleasant odour. Have all original tags attached.

Approved returned products will undergo a quality inspection after receipt.Where the return is successfully verified and approved, the approved value will be issued as store credit in the form of an AG Gift Card, which may be used for a future purchase.We do not provide refunds in the form of cash, bank transfers, or reversal to the original payment method, except where required by applicable law.All costs associated with returning an eligible item to AG THEXCEPTIONAL are borne by the customer, unless otherwise required by law or specifically agreed by us.Any original shipping charge, where applicable, is non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.Products that fail to meet our eligibility requirements may be refused and may not qualify for store credit.Our full Refund & Exchange Policy forms part of these Terms.

11. INSPECTION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

Receipt of a returned item by AG THEXCEPTIONAL does not automatically constitute approval of the return.We may reasonably inspect returned products to verify:

Product identity. Condition. Tags. Signs of wear. Washing. Alteration. Staining. Damage. Odour. Whether the product returned corresponds with the original order. Whether the return otherwise complies with our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Store credit will be issued only after successful verification and approval.We may request photographs, videos, order details, packaging information, or other reasonable evidence when investigating a damaged, incorrect, or disputed order.

12. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS & CODES

We may occasionally offer promotional codes, discounts, special pricing, offers, or benefits.Unless otherwise stated:

Promotions are available only during the stated period. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash. Offers may apply only to selected products. A minimum purchase amount may apply. Certain products or collections may be excluded. Multiple promotional codes may not be combined unless expressly permitted. Discounts must be entered correctly before completion of checkout where applicable.

Where we reasonably suspect such conduct, we may investigate, request supporting information, restrict access, decline future orders, or take other lawful action.This does not prevent a genuine customer from exercising rights available under applicable law.
